- You will have the option of working full or part-time, although we do require you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Participate in weekly training calls, most via Zoom
- Implement Marketing programs and strategies to generate leads. We use the most current Social Media outlets and provide complete online and live training
- Manage your leads using our organizations CRM tools and guide your leads through a structured interview process
- Work autonomously, entirely remote using your laptop and phone
- Fully adhere to company Compliance and Excellence guidelines
- A minimum of 2 years of professional/business experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently by being self-motivated and disciplined
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
- Display general computer competency, with some experience in social media applications, or a willingness to learn
- Goal oriented and focused mindset
- Coachable and open to receiving training and support to grow and succeed in this role
- Have a positive, I-Can I-Will attitude to get up to speed, achieve and overachieve
