Posting TextUSD Facilities Management is seeking a qualified Building Maintenance Specialist. This position will be responsible for operating and maintaining HVAC / boiler / hydronic systems on the USD Campus. General HVAC duties will include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems, steam boiler operations and performance monitoring during the heating season, assisting in campus steam start up and shut down as required, and repairing and maintaining hydronic systems on campus. Previous experience with commercial HVAC / boiler operations and maintenance is required.
