HVAC Service Technician

- Install, service, and repair heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in residential settings
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance checks, cleanings, and tune-ups
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain technical issues and recommend solutions
- Complete work orders, documentation, and maintenance records accurately
- Adhere to safety protocols, codes, and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, both in the field and in company vehicles
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or diploma from an accredited trade school (preferred)
- Valid EPA Section 608 Certification Type II or Universal
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service and installation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with smart thermostats and home automation systems
- Experience with both gas and electric systems
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and permitting process
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Lift up to 75 lbs
