- New construction – Engineering, fabrication and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices
- Special projects – Retrofits and mechanical repairs for existing buildings for new efficiencies
- Service - scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort, and 24/7 emergency response
- Building performance – Control systems, fault detection, energy services and remote monitoring

We strive to be both.RequirementsInland Northwest Safety Manager: This is where you come in.We're seeking an Inland Northwest Safety Manager to oversee safety audits and provide expert guidance at our Kennewick or Spokane sites. This role plays a critical part in administering our Safety Program to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. - Promote MacDonald-Miller’s Safety Program at all times through various efforts – including while walking the jobsite, coordinating safety training programs, and creating and assembling site-specific safety manuals.
- Coordinate, create, and present both safety and hygiene training.
- Evaluate subcontractor paperwork, including filing L&I reports and calling subcontractors.
- A 4-year degree in occupational safety/ health or equivalent combination of technical training and/ or industrial safety experience
- The ability to recognize hazardous situations and suggest corrective measures
- Proficient knowledge of WA OSHA regulations
- Calm in potentially stressful situations
- Organized and analytical
