The Supervisor, Inventory Control reports directly to the General Manager, Facilities and is responsible for all daily tasks in their assigned areas within the Production Facility. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with seed-to-sale tracking requirements, coordinating product movement, and supporting cross-functional teams. The Supervisor, Inventory Control plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance across all inventory functions.Responsibilities:Follow and implement procedures to maintain accurate real-time inventory in METRC, LeafTrade, ADILAS, and other seed-to-sale software.Ensure METRC and ADILAS tagging is compliant and accurate.Manage daily seed-to-sale and inventory uploads.Coordinate deliveries, manifests, pick packs, transfers, and other inventory tasks.Oversee monthly inventory counts and facility cycle counts; report results to Production Management and Accounting.Investigate inventory variances and provide reports on findings, corrective actions, and preventative measures.Verify manifests for accuracy and completion.Develop forms, spreadsheets, SOPs, and training materials to improve recordkeeping.Report on inventory key performance indicators (KPIs).Attend production meetings and Gemba walks to provide current delivery information and record procurement needs.Implement and evaluate inventory controls to optimize procedures.Manage procedures for proper product disposal.Coordinate with retail management to fulfill dispensary orders and maintain delivery schedules.Ensure adequate product stock for distribution channels and customer demand.Monitor records related to inventory, audits, deliveries, and transfers.Manage remediation of failed material in collaboration with labs.Develop, review, and manage inventory team members including leads, supervisors, and technicians.Minimum Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or older3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory position managing a diverse teamHigh degree of accuracy in data entryProficiency in MS Excel and WordValid driver’s license and reliable transportationExperience in logistics, retail, hospitality, or patient services preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, decision-making, and analytical skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environmentPhysical and Environmental Requirements:Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours a day and rotating shiftsFlexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsAbility to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout the workdayAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to use ladders (up to 12 ft. extension) and general hardware tools for repairsExtended computer and phone usage, including teleconferencesWork environments may include exposure to fumes, dust, odors, heights, motion, noise, and variable temperaturesiAnthus encourages applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
