You will provide compassionate personal care and support, allowing families to focus on quality time together.This position is Per Diem- with the possibility of transitioning to Full time for the right candidate.Responsibilities include:
  • Providing personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
  • Assisting with mobility and transfer needs to ensure patient comfort
  • Monitoring patient condition and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
  • Previous experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Must be dependable and possess a genuine desire to care for others
