Upgrade Coordinator

- Communicate with the sales team and service department to ensure a seamless upgrade process for customers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all upgrade transactions
- Coordinate scheduling of upgrades and ensure timely completion
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues throughout the upgrade process
- Remain up-to-date on industry and product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the upgrade process and enhance customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly upgrade goals set by managementRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
