SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-K Teacher to join our team. This role requires creativity, classroom leadership, and a dedication to fostering social, emotional, and academic growth in young children.DutiesDevelop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children ages 4–5.
Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through planned activities and play.
Observe and assess child development and communicate progress with families.
Ensure compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services and Child Care Licensing requirements.
Work collaboratively with fellow staff to maintain a positive and organized learning environment.RequirementsMust meet Arizona state requirements for a Pre-K Teacher (education and/or experience in a licensed childcare setting).
  • 6 months experience in childcare or early child education
  • at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).
Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices.
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
