We are looking for an individual that is a team player, with excellent time management, and communication skills. Remote opportunity is available for this position.Job Functions:
  • Complete patient referrals within Salesforce
  • Navigate through the ERP system to identify potential duplicates
  • Work with online portals to manage referrals from provider offices
  • Occasional outbound calls to patients to obtain missing information
  • Maintain customer records by updated account information
  • Respond quickly to provider inquiries through online portals.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Knowledge of Word, Outlooks, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Team player
  • Must be initiative-taking, quick learner, and a self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • HS Diploma or equivalent (Required)
