- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, and finance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
$51,906.60 - $118,355.60The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training. - Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and a results-driven mindset, balanced with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience launching software or services in partnership with development teams; familiarity with Agile principles and iterative development is a plus.
- Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with insurance business processes preferred; candidates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
