The T&O Performance Improvement role will be responsible for executing operational reviews and strategies that drive performance improvement and efficiencies across Invesco’s T&O functions. In the context of rapidly changing business models and dynamics (to include shifts in product mix, global market relevance, core vs outsourced capabilities, and innovation), the T&O Performance Improvement manager will be tasked with identifying and driving opportunities for T&O to more effectively and efficiently solution, scale and service our global business. This may include (but not be limited to) detailed assessments of organizational design, internal and external capacity, sourcing, and location strategies with an emphasis on data driven insights and outcomes that drive meaningful impact to T&O’s cost and / or risk profile.Responsibilities of the Role:Establishing a baseline of capacity and capability insight across all T&O functions to understand areas of emphasis vis-à-vis business priorities, and identifying opportunities for greater alignment and / or optimizationCollating data from across the organization (to include people, process, and product data) to analyze projected demands for operational scale; leveraging this analysis to understand drivers of complexity and to inform opportunities to enhance T&O productivity and / or automationWorking across T&O functions to gather and synthesize information related to business processes (including third-party oversight), identifying areas of potential synergies and / or adjacenciesConducting routine reviews of T&O organizational health, to include ensuring spans and layers are globally managed and optimized in organizational designSkilled in project management with the ability to identify and escalate risks / issues in a timely manner to ensure maximum benefits are achievedRequirements of the Role:5-7 years of management consulting or strategy role experience preferredExperience in technology and operational strategy with a focus on process improvement and organizational designAn excellent understanding of the Asset Management industry, including knowledge of various players and activities across the value chainStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in working with individuals across departments at all levelsProven ability to present logical, and executive level storylines that relay complex business problemsEffective communication skills, both written and oral, with strong executive presenceProven ability to proactively look and think ahead, going beyond obvious needsStrong self-starter with an ability to navigate successfully through ambiguity to provide recommendations on directionStrong work ethic with flexibility and adaptability to changeThe ability, energy and drive to successfully be part of a virtual and global teamAble to motivate others and obtain buy-in and able to challenge the status quoA CPA, CFA or MBA is preferred.Full Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)YesWorkplace ModelPursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
