You will play a critical role in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to resolve issues, support internal teams, and maintain positive customer relationships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollections & Customer Account Support (50%):Contact customers to resolve past due invoicesRecord activity and maintain account accuracy in SAPSend account statements and apply payments for prepay customersIssue Resolution & Collaboration (25%):Work with IT Department (EDI), warehouses, and carriers to resolve invoice and delivery issuesRespond to inquiries from internal teams and escalate complex problemsHandle chargebacks and support other Credit Specialists as neededReporting & Administrative Tasks (25%)Drive initiatives to improve processes, collaborating with customers and internal teamsAssist with annual audit requests for cash remittancePrepare aging reports and follow-up summariesProcess check-requests for refunds and feesManage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGAssociates Degree and +2 years of Accounts Receivable or Finance experience+1 year of experience with an ERP SystemQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSExperience working in a shared services environmentExperience with SAP R/3 FI modulesExperience in customer-facing roles or external business interactionsBachelor's DegreeProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and decision-making abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillJOB REQUIREMENTS:Full timeOffice work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employeesThis role is not eligible for relocationBENEFITS AND PERKSSC Johnson's total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
