Home Instead in West Jordan is hiring immediately for part time and full time caring and compassionate Bilingual Spanish/English speaking CAREGivers and CNA's to provide care to our in-home clients in and around the West side of Salt Lake Valley.Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. We have many clients that only speak Spanish; therefore we have a need for CAREGivers who can speak Spanish and English.CAREGiver employment benefits:
  • Competitive pay to start between $16.00 - $17.00 an hour
  • Weekend shifts pay at a dollar more per hour

CAREGiver duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Assistance with grooming and bathing
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Alzheimer’s Care
*No previous experience necessary but preferred - skills training provided by Home Instead*Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Be understanding and able to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
