- Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project plans.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Address and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and challenges in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily reports on project activities.
- Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and within budget.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
