As a key member of the Global Franchise Team, the Senior Manager will serve as a partner to business units across WildBrain, including Studio, Audience Engagement & Consumer Products. They will focus on building momentum on key franchise priorities and expanding reach and relevance with fans and fans-to-be. Additionally, this role will be focused on developing key content strategies for kids, driving reach, engagement, and the consumer journey from screen to shelf to self. They’ll create an aligned Franchise voice that delivers against established goals and provides clarity, understanding, consistency, and material growth across the brand.Job Description
  • Developing & driving ongoing franchise strategy, seasonal tentpoles, and consumer product and promotional partner engagement and activations
  • Driving the development of kids' content strategy aligned with key targets for FY’28
  • Delivering key content beats for social media platforms, weaving in x-partner content, influencers, and messaging
  • Partnering with global BUs to deliver strategy, insights, consumer engagement & fan activities serving as a foundation for regional activation
  • Serving as a key resource in developing Program Presentations and Pitches
  • Partnering with key stakeholders, tracking progress, delivering support, and developing tactical plans
  • Facilitating the exchange of best practices, key processes, macro trends, and industry benchmarks
  • Sponsoring signature DNA and communicating competitive and demographical set
  • Creating tools and materials to support key stakeholders
  • Lead the development of franchise marketing, including an integrated brand marketing plan, global campaigns, tentpoles, and themes
  • Briefing and collaborating with Global Franchise Creative to deliver key assets, toolkits and snapshots
  • Partnering with divisions (and potentially their agencies) to deliver activation plans that drive regional brand growth, fan engagement, revenue, and momentum
  • Managing franchise activations, on-the-ground, and digital project teams engaging with multi-demo fans
Qualifications
  • BA with experience in marketing, communications, business, and/or production
  • Studio experience and entertainment industry highly valued
  • Consumer Products background with an emphasis on retail, digital, and/or brand is preferred
  • Experience in navigating, managing, and delivering in a matrix environment is key
  • Inclusive approach, prioritizing teamwork, and cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to analyze complex data and summarize/translate it visually is essential
  • Experience in building x-social platform strategies to drive multi-demo fan engagement is highly valued
  • Ability to prioritize and navigate in complex situations to achieve effective results
