
HR Generalist II (Offboarding & Termination) - Central Office

- Manage post-termination processing, ensuring all final documentation, payroll, and system updates are completed accurately and timely.
- Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company property, and processing benefit terminations.
- Process payroll changes and promotions in coordination with Payroll.
- Maintain and update the company’s HRIS homepage/portal with relevant policies, procedures, benefits, and forms.
- Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollments, organization-wide training and meetings, employee recognition events, and holiday parties.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with administrative staff at all locations.
- Conduct regular reporting through ADP Workforce Now as directed by management.
- Support Office Managers and HR leadership in personnel-related matters.
- Assist other HR team members as needed or as directed by the Chief Administrative Officer.
- Provide bi-weekly reporting of staffing changes and updates.
- Participate in cross-training within the HR department to ensure coverage and continuity of services during absences or peak workload periods.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking Systems, Payroll, Employee Portal and Analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.
- SHRM Certification a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual is a plus.
