FTI Consulting's Corporate Marketing team is looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join us.The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional who can lead complex, multi-phased marketing campaigns from strategy through execution. This individual will also provide strategic and operational oversight for our Global Video Production and Design Teams by helping to improve workflows, standardize processes and ensure alignment across initiatives.This role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to anticipate needs and risks, and the confidence to drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and agency partners.What You'll DoLead end-to-end project management of cross-functional marketing initiatives. Ensure close attention to detail in all aspects of project management, from planning to execution.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation. Define project scope, goals and deliverables.Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones and adjust project timelines as needed.Effectively prepare for and lead project meetings and written communications to drive purpose and objectives.Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them. Take initiative to resolve conflicts and obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.Lead coordination among cross-functional marketing teams, agency partners and senior business stakeholders. Coordinate effective communications to ensure smooth collaboration.Review and analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and lessons learned for future projects.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the production workflow, recommending and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.Provide process management and operational support to the Global Video Production and Design Teams.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the production workflow. Partner with creative leads to implement strategic improvements to enhance efficiency.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, project completion and content effectiveness.Coordinate with the broader Marketing Operations team and other functional teams on refining a campaign intake and management process to manage complex workstreams and connect the dots across each phase, deliverable and output.Assimilate team members and leverage appropriate resources to deliver a quality work product and meet stakeholder needs.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related fieldExperience: 5+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or digital production coordination, ideally within a global organization or creative agency.Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital production processes, including video, creative development, web integration, and media distribution.Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with digital asset management systems and media platforms.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with senior leadership.Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively address issues and implement solutions to ensure timely project delivery.Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as neededApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorshipPreferred SkillsExperience managing production for global or multinational teams.Experience coordinating with contractors and external vendors#LI-HB1Total WellbeingOur goal is to support the wellbeing of you and your families-physically, emotionally, and financially.
