This may require the tutor to help clarify a concept or give a clear explanation of how to solve a particular type of problem. The tutor is not expected to know how to answer every possible question, but rather to work to ensure that the student develops a firm foundation to take learning to the next level. Work with instructors to enhance student learning. Cross training to ensure seamless customer service and additional tasks may also be assigned by the supervisor. The tutor will also serve as the face of The Learning Center and outreach to students and staff alike.
