Metaformers has an open position on our national Cloud team, and we are looking for the individual who wants to join a team with a focus on Oracle Cloud business for our current and future growth. You will be a major team member with direct influence in making our firm a leader in Cloud services. Full-time hire only. No sponsorship offered.This resource will be responsible for implementing multiple subjects’ areas within the HCM Cloud including Payroll Cloud Services, Time and Labor Cloud Services and Absence Management. Consultant will be responsible for leading the client through the design, configuration and testing phases and should be fluent in all related business processes and best practices incorporated in the software. This job also requires full documentation of final configurations related to the subject areas assigned as well as development and validation of system test scripts and end user training content.Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of three years of experiences in a Functional Lead role.
  • Minimum one year of payroll implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Knowledge and hands on experience in configuring Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Time and Labor modules with proven project delivery through full life-cycle from requirements through deployment / support
  • Excellent team lead skills including ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest solutions to meet these requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities
  • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers
