You will provide support for Sparks production activities by ensuring that required delivery timelines are maintained.   • Providing an open-door atmosphere to foster an inclusive environment while maintaining strict adherence to BASF policies and procedures.
  • Interacting with internal and external customers to efficiently deliver required services and reviewing paperwork for accuracy.
  • Prioritizing workload and planning logistics activities to ensure efficiency in warehouse operations.
  • Researching inventory discrepancies and non-conformances, taking corrective actions, and assisting in inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with DOT, IMDG, IATA, and BASF regulatory requirements for outbound activities and hazardous waste materials.
  • Promoting BASF's Safety First culture by addressing safety concerns, leading investigations, and serving as the primary contact for Non-Conformance Investigations.
If you...
  • Have a High School diploma or GED (required) and eight years of experience in a warehouse supervisory position or related supervisory activities OR hold a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field and five years of experience in a warehouse supervisory position or related supervisory activities.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Possess experience with SAP or a similar ERP system, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
