- Project Management:
- Review and refine project plans.
- Forecast project scope.
- Coordinate and attend project calls, documenting project risks and issues and assist in pursuing resolution.
- Application Implementation:
- Set-up and add/configure new users in the software application.
- Attend software implementation project call, documenting important consult findings with Application Consultants.
- Integrations:
- Attend integration project calls, documenting key configuration needs and testing results
- Address low-complexity integration tasks, such as reviewing mappings and connecting existing interfaces to new sites
- Professional Services Financial Forecasting:
- Review existing Sales Opportunities from Sales team reports and forecast potential future revenue.
- Review current projects and update WIP reports with forecast modifications.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Critical thinker who can actively listen to customer feedback and translate it into actionable solutions.
- Initiative-taking and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Gain practical experience in lifecycle of software implementation projects.
- Work closely with a supportive and experienced Professional Services team.
- Exposure to a variety of project management, interface/integration and software implementation functions and methods.
- Exposure to measuring and understanding Software Professional Services team productivity and profitability.
