- Collect and normalize client seed data for upload into SDX using excel or other business systems
- Partner with Part Coders to track progress and import BOM data to SDX
- Perform regular data updates; integrate MPS files, shipments, pricing data, etc.
- Troubleshoot bad data as needed - interfacing with Exiger development resources and clients as needed to complete needed corrections
- Test data inputs to ensure quality reporting in SDX
- Attend client meetings and provide critical updates on data status, issues, or opportunities to aid widespread organization adoption, and cultivate trust with key stakeholders
- Work with client/s suppliers to enhance data in SDX by validating BOM data or mapping tiers of supply
- Generate SDX reports for clients and Exiger's Deployment and Accounts Mangers to help drive informed recommendations to each customer based on their value drivers
- Provide data for RFQ preparation and evaluation
- Provide reporting on high risk suppliers or parts
- Identify opportunities for aggregation and/or supplier normalization
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously, keeping a keen eye on project timelines, deliverables, and budget to optimize success
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, supply chain, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working for a manufacturing company as a business analyst, capacity planner, parts buyer, or commodity manager
- Experience with Snowflake, Sisense, or Redshift (AWS) is preferred
- Strong understanding of database management
- Strong MS Excel Skills
- Persuasive and concise oral and written communication
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources, and tasks
- Analytical mindset and strong acuity for data insights
- Meticulously organized and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Healthcare, or Defense is a big plus!
