- Support Clinical Excellence: Provide clinical supervision toward licensure and help staff refine and deepen their therapeutic skills.

- Collaborative Culture: Work alongside skilled leaders and a dedicated integrated team of targeted case managers, peer support specialists, psychiatric rehabilitation specialists, and medical providers in a mission-driven setting.
- Clinical Supervision & Staff Development
- Provide regular clinical supervision to staff and interns in alignment with licensure requirements and clinical best practices.
- Continuously assess and elevate staff performance through individual supervision, case review, and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate trainings, consultations, and clinical discussions to support staff learning, growth, and application of evidence-based models of care and trauma-informed, person-centered approaches.
- Quality Improvement & Program Oversight
- Monitor the provision and documentation of clinical services, identifying performance trends and addressing areas of underperformance or concern.
- Recommend and implement standards and protocols that promote continuous quality improvement.
- Guide the team through process improvement initiatives and support resolution of day to day clinical and operational challenges.
- Team & Program Support
- Act as a clinical resource to staff during challenging cases or crisis interventions.
- Partner with leadership to ensure compliance with agency, state, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new clinicians and interns.
- Foster a team culture of collaboration, accountability, and integrity.
- Required Licensure: LCSW or LMHC-DP
- Experience: Minimum three years of clinical experience in an appropriate program setting with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Minimum of Masters Degree
- An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, team leadership, performance evaluation, and organizational development skills
- Preferred: Experience with quality improvement, program evaluation, and evidence-based treatment implementation
