- Lead sales force for organic growth, managing key customer accounts as needed.
- Optimize branch assets for speed to market and execute Core Strategy I and II activities.
- Ensure high fulfillment levels and sales associate training, focusing on SAP proficiency.
- Control operational expenses, realize strategic pricing targets, and support customer transitions to the Total Access (TA) sales program.
- Foster collaboration, teamwork, and communication within the District.
- Maintain a safe environment at all Airgas facilities and undertake assigned projects/initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of B2B sales-related or sales operations experience, including team management and P&L responsibility in distribution.
- Track record of achieving profitable sales growth and strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of business and accounting concepts, including ROI, P&L statements, and margin responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others effectively.
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop successful sales strategies.
