If you're someone who takes pride in their work and likes a schedule that fits real life, second shift at Restano could be the right fit.What You’ll Do:Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps)Perform seasonal tune-ups and maintenanceCommunicate with customers clearly and professionallyRecommend needed repairs, replacements, or upgrades when appropriateHandle occasional after-hours emergencies (with backup and support)What You Need:2+ years of residential HVAC service experienceStrong mechanical and diagnostic skillsConfidence in recommending solutions that truly serve the homeownerEPA Certification (NATE a plus)Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordComfort working independently during evening hoursAt Restano, we don’t overcomplicate things.
