  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, fostering strong partnerships and leveraging collective expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, employing effective problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges and maintain project momentum.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
