- For experienced HHA / Care professionals, we offer Weekday schedules and the option for additional Weekend hours - all with cases near your home!
- Immediate hours include:
- Killbuck, OH Client: 1:30 - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (15hrs/wk) + optional +3hours on weekend.
- Millersburg, OH Client: 10am - 1pm on Tuesdays (in summer), with additional hours the rest of the year.
- Flexible shift times also available - we build reliable, consistent schedules that fit your lifestyle and pay weekly.
- Those seeking Full-time schedules: you have the option to add additional clients/shifts and create a consistent, full-time schedule if desired (not required).
- Mileage reimbursement between multiple clients is provided.
- CNAs and STNAs with home care experience are highly desirable, but experienced, non-certified home health aides committed to building their caregiver career with our agency are encouraged to apply!

- Wage Rate based on experience, credentials (CHHA, CNA, STNA), positive employment history & references, and overall fit.
- Successful completion of a formal certification training program and/or a written skills test and competency evaluation. CNAs and STNAs desired!
- Meet the training and/or certification requirements of the state in which the home health aide services are being provided. This includes specifications of contracted agencies for which services are being provided.
- CPR and First Aid Certifications required (or can be obtained prior to hire date through our agency or accredited third parties).
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care.
- Good interpersonal skills and a passion for caring for those in need.
- Current driver's license, good driving record, and/or reliable transportation are required.
- 1+ years of experience in home healthcare is preferred.

- Assists in the patient in taking medications under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. This includes opening a container or pill caddy & handing it to the patient, but does not include administration of the medications.
- Knows and follows infection control policies, including proper handwashing techniques.
- Reports any observed or reported changes in the client's condition and/or needs to the Registered Nurse.
- Documents care provided and completes the forms required for the client's records. Completes the appropriate records to document care given and pertinent observations.
- Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients by observing infection control practices, following agency guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to the Supervisor/Case Manager.
- Demonstrates safe practice in the use of equipment. Does not use equipment until orientation has been provided. Notifies supervisor of educational needs.
- Communicates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team through verbal reports, participation in staff meetings, and team conferences, as requested.
- Treats patients and families with respect. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Accepts and fulfills assignments with the agency. Exercise good judgment in accepting assignments.
- Participates in required in-service programs to meet compliance requirements. Identifies learning needs to agency supervisor.
