  • Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field staff
  • Oversee multiple concurrent TI and buildout projects across commercial sectors
  • Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business
  • Implement process improvements and scalable operational strategies

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on interiors and tenant improvements
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering multi-site projects
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Nashville area
