Assists HR Director with administering benefits for our traveling clinicians. Works closely with our credentialing team and Orlando based businesses to provide support as needed. Must have impeccable verbal and communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a professional and positive demeanor.Job Description:Receives and screens telephone calls. Answers routine questions or directs them to appropriate associates. Records and relays messages.Creates and prepares correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials.Monitors and maintains office supplies as needed. Organize/maintain kitchen, organize conference room scheduling, places catering, or other refreshment orders as needed.Receives, opens, ships, and distributes mail and packages daily.Maintains supplies for onboarding.Announces associate birthdays and anniversaries.Orders flowers/gift baskets for associates as needed.Reviews and reconciles invoices.Displays a professional demeanor and welcomes visitors with a positive attitude. Creates a comfortable environment for visitors while waiting.Correspondence with office supply vendors.Communication with building management.Notarizes documents for necessary teams.Completes daily verifications of employment within 1-2 business days.Reviews end of assignment information for clinicians for the effective dates of termination of benefit coverage.Completes data entry in HRIS for nets, add backs, redeploys and extensions for clinicians.Assists the HR Business Partner in updating and creating associate records in the HCMS.Coordinates the return of office equipment. Assists IT as needed with shipping computer equipment.Coordinates training classes as needed.Provides support to the Credentialing Team.Coordinates travel and hotels for new associates and communicates first day information.Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.Sends welcome announcement emails on new associates to the teams.Obtains preferences/sizes and orders polo shirts for new associates and at designated milestones.Assists our associates with administrative or clerical support as assigned. Acts as “backup” support to associates in Human Resources.Maintains organizational charts with changes.Provides information to Inspirus for milestone acknowledgements.Collaborates with Director of HR on annual associate engagement events.Qualifications:Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or SHRM certification preferred.Experience working in a sales environment. Knowledge of benefits is preferred.A minimum of five years of previous experience as a high-level administrative office professional.Experience with supporting a HR Team.Able to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.Skilled in HRIS systems such as ADP and WorkdayMaintains confidentiality.Highly organized multitasker in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional and positive demeanor and attitude.Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Collaborative and approachable.
