- Own key product performance KPIs such as revenue, DM% etc. and deliver results by collaborating closely with other functions such as engineering, production, marketing, sales, customer service etc.
- Define product strategy and roadmaps. Translate product strategy into market requirement documents that outline high-level use cases, prioritized set of needs to define MVO, key functional and non-functional requirements. Work with commercial, finance and other functions to develop business case and actively monitor it during various stages of product development lifecycle for effective decision making
- Be a champion of customer needs and satisfaction. Drive field connection through Gemba, VOCs, customer demos and pilots on both new and existing offerings and products
- Develop pricing, product positioning and messaging that differentiates GVR offerings across primary market segments
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives, value proposition for effective sales and marketing communications plans
- Support development of sales training tools and materials and actively engage with regional marketing to support any sales, customer trainings and demos.
- At least 6-8 years in Product Management (preferably from Industrial, IT/ITES background)
- Experience with Agile Development

- Experience and ability to deal with ambiguity especially while building requirements for offerings/solutions in relatively new/unknown areas and distill it to define MVOs, product vision, strategy & roadmaps
- Experience in building value propositions, sales & marketing tools
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably technical background or demonstrates comfort with technology
- Ability and experience in working effectively with third parties (forge partnerships) to get to the market & outcomes faster
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to travel +/- 25% of the time
