Other related degree field with significant software development experience- Experience with embedded development using a real-time operating system- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical embedded software systems/programs- Process Improvement and Affordability experience- Software engineering Management or Software engineering Team Lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoringDesired skills- Strong software architecture and design experience.- C/C++/Ada experience- Linux/VxWorks experience- DevSecOps experience (CI/CD, Git/Gitlab)- Agile development (Scrum/Kanban)- Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams- Basis of Estimate (BOE) development- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience- In addition to meeting security clearance requirements, candidate may need to be approved to work Special Access Program (SAP) prior to start of employment.- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience including Agile EVMS- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Prior Engineering Management- Proposal Development- Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking- Strong interpersonal skillsVirtualnoZip75051EEOLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
