
Airport Ramp Resource Planner

- Oversee daily ramp operations by managing manpower in real time, coordinating staffing with the resource clerk, and ensuring efficient flight handling through communication with Frontier resources and internal teams.
- Act as the central communication point for ramp operations, providing real-time updates to leadership and monitoring assigned radio channels for operational coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in line with Simplicity USA and aviation industry standards, while proactively identifying and reporting operational deficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including airline station managers, airport staff, and government agencies, to maintain seamless ramp operations.
- Perform other ramp duties as needed, including working outside, operating motorized equipment and engaging in physically demanding tasks in confined spaces.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license
- Pass pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, and employment history.
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Prior Airline experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
