Customer Relations Representative – Insurance & In-Book Sales

You’ll help ensure our customers are protected, supported, and confident in their coverage—while growing your own professional path in the insurance industry.What You’ll Do:
  • Manage daily customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve policy questions, process updates, and support claims follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records and client information in agency systems
  • Identify opportunities within our existing client base to cross-sell or upgrade coverage
  • Collaborate with licensed team members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
What You Bring:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and professionalism
  • Experience in customer service or office support preferred
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations and take initiative in identifying client needs
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities with ease
Licensing Requirement:
A Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license are required for this position. Candidates who are not yet licensed must be willing and able to obtain one within a specified time period.
