- Knowledge of traffic engineering, transportation engineering and civil engineering principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to explain engineering concepts and related facts in a clear, concise, and organized manner, both verbally and in writing, for a variety of audiences
- Experience with computer software and computer drawing packages
- Experience in conducting transportation analysis and transportation analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop work plans to accomplish goals and vision, and organize work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
