- Define and implement People and Culture tactical plan through the execution of various activities and functional action plans to achieve key business objectives.
- Implement and execute a talent strategy to develop future leaders and pipeline talent bench within each business unit (e.g., workforce and succession planning, performance management, and organizational development).
- Proactively identify and resolve organizational challenges, supporting leaders and teams with innovative problem-solving and operational insight.
- Execute alternative organizational design models to establish new capability requirements, up-skill talent, and achieve organizational goals;
- Coach leaders to manage and maximize the skills and capabilities on their team and create a culture of empowerment and accountability.
- Guides, influences, and provide proactive and effective coaching to leaders and employees to increase organizational effectiveness and cultural evolution.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 2+ years in a client-facing HR Business Partner role;
- Comprehensive organizational design/development and change management experience.
- Experience implementing programs in workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, training & development, and legal/compliance;
- Knowledge of HR legal practices and proven employee relations skills;
- Navigates ambiguity with ease.
- Ability to build and facilitate trusted business partnerships across business groups;
- Demonstrates high-level business acumen and learning agility, is data driven and leads with problem-solving orientation.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
