  • Base Salary: $110K–$140K+ DOE
  • Starting Bonus: Up to $10,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $14,000
  • Shift: Primarily Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with some flexible scheduling (e.g., 3x10s, rotating weekends)
  • Benefits Package:
  • 29 days PTO
  • CME: $3,500 + 5 days

Minimum Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Nursing
  • Active or eligible NM NP license
  • DEA certification (as required)
  • 1–3+ years of specialty experience preferred
Ideal Qualifications
  • ER/Urgent Care or First Assist experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Adaptable to a rural care environment
  • Self-starter who thrives in semi-autonomous settings
