Job Summary: Our client is seeking Scrum Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia. Duties: Lead team to successfully develop, test and implement solution fostering best practice approach and providing coaching as required Manage stakeholder expectations across business and IT, ensuring that relevant information is provided to keep all parties informed Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops, including requirements workshops, design meetings and scrum ceremonies Work with Product Manager and other team leads to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and prioritized in the backlog including estimates and dependencies Provide support as required to Product and Project Managers as required to ensure that deliverables are clearly defined, understood, and successfully executed by project team Lead change management activities ensuring smooth transition to new system Facilitate discussions with team members as required ensuring that roadblocks and impediments are followed through to resolution Coordinate scrum team and facilitate ceremonies ensuring adherence to agreed standards and procedures Recommend tools, standards, and metrics for reporting, and provide updates and necessary information for status reports Update and maintain project documents Provide support on other project activities as required such as: recruitment, onboarding, time log, invoicing etc. Manage team level risks and issues effectively and escalate promptly as required Desired Skills/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related subject 10+ years experience in successfully delivering projects using waterfall and agile framework in related industry Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall Experience of managing changes in production environment Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams proactively Knowledge of IT tools and techniques Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe Technical background is a bonus Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $76.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
