We are currently looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer in North America.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen cloud infrastructure security and reliability within a fast-paced, innovative Web3 environment. In this role, you will embed security practices into every stage of development and deployment, driving automation, compliance, and proactive defense strategies. You’ll collaborate with DevOps, product, and engineering teams to design secure, scalable systems while staying ahead of emerging threats.   • Design, implement, and continuously improve secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Apply DevSecOps best practices to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Lead automation initiatives in hardening, access control, monitoring, and threat detection to minimize risks.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with leading security standards while building automation tools to reduce manual interventions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate security seamlessly into workflows.
  • Provide strategic guidance on reliability, scalability, and security of cloud systems.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security models.
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong background in Linux systems security, including OS hardening and monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of networking, orchestration, and cloud security fundamentals.
  • Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD workflows.
  • Familiarity with network security concepts such as WAFs, IAM, VPNs, and zero trust.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Experience with Python or Go development is preferred.
  • Knowledge of TEEs (SGX, SEV, Nitro) and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP) is a plus.
