This role involves physically demanding work delivering produce to institutions across Oklahoma. You will operate automatic box trucks with ramps, using both manual loading and pallet jacks. As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate, you will support both delivery and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials to designated locations on schedule.
- Accurately pick, load, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Unload materials at delivery sites, ensuring safe handling practices.
- Maintain a well-organized loading area to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate deliveries effectively with customers and team members.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment regularly for safety and report issues.
- Support inventory management by tracking materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Contribute to warehouse operations, including stocking and organizing materials.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring satisfaction.
- Proven experience in delivery driving a box truck & material handling.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with safe material handling and loading/unloading techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
