What You Will Be Doing
  • Leading an advanced manufacturing teams in a dynamic and high-stakes environment.
  • Overseeing the fabrication of complex composite parts and assemblies.
  • Supporting multiple classified programs aligned with ADP's long-range strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring operational excellence by meeting or exceeding schedule, cost, safety, and quality targets.
  • Providing strategic leadership to ensure optimal staffing levels and workforce readiness.
  • Responsible for overall department budgets and scheduling of assets to support program needs.
  • Responsible for build team staffing, safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.
  • Required to report out and brief multiple levels of executive leadership

This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in providing technical support within Composite Manufacturing Shop Floor Environment.
  • Leadership qualities related to personal and interpersonal skills, effective communications, presentation skills, decisions making and organization.
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Experience working with numerous types of composite materials within an Aerospace industry
  • Active Secret clearance required to apply
Desired skills
  • Previous developmental production experience.
  • Experience leading &/or implementing continuous improvement activities
  • Experience in the manufacture of advanced composites, structures, systems and coatings.
  • Previous experience with lean manufacturing, corrective action and process improvements
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills
  • Managing projects of products build and schedules
