Description :Position SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Applications Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role entails hands-on technical support for our enterprise applications, with a focus on EHR, and financial systems. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 2/3 support, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the support lead for EHR and financial systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage system upgrades, patching, and vendor coordination for MyEvolv and financial platforms.
  • Support financial systems integration, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving EHR enhancements and financial data workflows.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support and mentor junior analysts on best practices and issue resolution.
  • Analyze data trends and system performance to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in application support or systems analysis, with at least 2 years focused on EHR and financial systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10) and financial systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Knowledge of myEvolv EHR, UKG, Office 365, or similar applications is a plus.
  • SQL proficiency is a plus but not required.
