Role SummaryAs the Executive Team Business Partner, you’ll serve as a strategic ally and operational hub for our senior leadership team—enhancing organizational effectiveness while maintaining rigorous attention to cultural alignment with care and discretion. You’ll ensure that the leadership team is as well-resourced as possible and leadership priorities are translated into timely, high-quality execution across functions, while stewarding internal culture and tracking process improvements.Responsibilities
  • Executive Team support & partnership
  • Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and meeting/retreat coordination
  • Prepare briefings, presentations, and internal/external communications on leadership’s behalf
  • Act as a trusted “right-hand” to senior leaders, anticipating needs and fostering proactive agenda-setting
  • Facilitate and implement internal and external cultural/partner alignment
  • Champion initiatives such as process improvements, internal communications, and team alignment efforts
  • Model Event Network’s values (purpose-driven experience, people-first, inclusivity, and sustainable practices) through communications and execution
  • Support leadership in modeling inclusivity and collaborating authentically with internal and external stakeholders
  • Synthesize data, dashboards, and guest/partner feedback into concise insights to support decision-making
  • Store Support centers (Park City, San Diego, and Chicago) management
  • Personal/professional efficiency support for CEO
  • Ensure best possible first impressions are made on new team members
  • Aggregate and disseminate industry news knowledge
  • Coordinate and optimize social media presence for company and CEO in partnership with marketing
  • Champion professional and personal development
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in executive support, operations, project management, or related roles
  • Proven maturity, discretion, and cultural sensitivity—ability to adapt tone and approach across internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple, shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—confident in crafting executive-level messaging
  • A collaborative problem-solver who brings calm, structure, and accountability
  • Fluency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools such as ChatGPT)
  • Passion for experiential retail, cultural enterprise, and purpose-driven operations
  • Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, museums, or similar sector
