The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fitness. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our fitness products, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Accuro.Key Responsibilities:- Actively seek out and engage potential clients to introduce them to Accuro's range of fitness products.- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits of our products.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.- Generate leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and online research- Make cold calls to leads and prospects to initiate contact and build relationships.- Participate in trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities to promote Accuro products.- Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Qualifications:- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Benefits:- Competitive base salary with commission and bonus opportunities.- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.- Discounts on Accuro products.- A supportive and energetic team environment.Flexible work from home options available.
