OverviewAxient is seeking a Program Integrator to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.ResponsibilitiesDuties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Provides programmatic analysis and support to the Special Electronics Mission Aircraft (SEMA) PdM, DPdM, Functional Leads, and APM’s.
  • Support reviews and analysis applicable to the Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System (JCIDS).
  • Familiar with DoDI 5000.02, Federal Acquisition Regulation, and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements in support of execution of the ACAT level programs.
  • Assist in processing contract requirements packages.
  • Coordinate with government mission equipment program management offices to ensure coordinated and effective efforts between our PM and theirs to support ISR operations.
  • Coordinate with the deployed unit Government Flight Representative (GFR) to address any concerns with ground and flight operations and pilot qualifications.
  • Advise the GFR on issues regarding compliance with AR 95-20, AR 95-1, and Service Guidance regarding flight operations.
  • Advise the government program management leadership on issues regarding ISR aircraft operations, pilot requirements and qualifications.
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding updates to publications to include standardization of aircraft procedures and flight operations checklists.
  • Interface as required with INSCOM G-3 Aviation and HQ DA G-2 regarding Fixed Wing ISR requirements and issues.
  • Serve as a Program Integrator (PI) for High Altitude Platforms (HAP) based on initial designation of the Fixed Wing Project Office (FWPO) as the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for HAP.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
  • Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.
  • Minimum of 10 years Program Integration experience.
  • Working knowledge or experience with the Department of the Army and Joint milestone decision staffing and review process.
  • Working knowledge of Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) and contracting.
  • Desired MBA or MS: Acquisition & Program Management preferred.
  • Desired Training Certification: DAWIA Level III Program Management or Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • System Engineering and/or Project/Program Management experience desired.
  • Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
  • Build strong working relationships with PM SEMA management, support organizations, stakeholders, and peers through timely, consistent, transparent, and effective communication.
  • Utilize all available program management tools, spreadsheets, databases, SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently manage and clearly communicate programmatic status.
  • Remain responsive and flexible to organizational and programmatic changes.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
