- Competitive Compensation: Starting salary of $45,000-$47,000 annually ($21.63-$22.59/hour). If you are looking for hourly pay to give yourself some flexibility, we're open to that!

- Evaluate and improve the customer experience with the look, feel, and accessibility of our restaurants.
- Print, laminate, and set up display of in-store signage and print marketing materials.
- Update POS menus, public menu listings, phone systems, hours listings as needed with closings, weekly specials, etc.
- Manage design requests, working closely with management and cluster teams to understand their needs and effectively communicate those needs to design.
- Track and allocate the marketing budgets, working closely with the Social Media Manager to track and share resources.
- Collaborate with stores and clusters to brainstorm, organize, and execute specific initiatives to reach strategic goals.
- Arrange paid partnerships, advertising, and marketing campaigns outside of social media.
- Represent the brand at job fairs and outreach events.
- Actively participate in sales calls and partnership meetings.
- Plan staff parties, leadership training days, and staff volunteer events.
- Manage, organize, and complete donation requests.
- Coordinate and facilitate the execution of donation nights.
- Represent the Ian's Pizza brand in all communications and interactions with requesting groups.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, or promotions or equivalent associate or bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields.
- Ability to use or learn to use administrative tools such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.
- Preferred: Past experience in restaurants, catering, or the bar industry, whether in a marketing capacity or any other capacity.
- Preferred: Experience with managing and/or promoting donations programs or any kind of community outreach.
- Preferred: Experience with Google products such as Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
- Be personable and outgoing! Maintain positive communication and approachability with external partners and internal pizza pals.

- Ability to occasionally stand and walk for long periods of time. To occasionally bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs. To occasionally use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
- Ability to be productive and focused in a variety of environments, including busy restaurant dining rooms!
- Able to type on a keyboard, look at a computer screen, sit for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and around Madison office and restaurant locations - occasional travel to Cedar Rapids and Milwaukee.
