The ideal candidate will candidate have a blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to streamline processes, improve product quality, and drive profitability across a product's lifecycle.Role DescriptionThe INFOR M3 PLM professional is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of products, from concept and design to manufacturing, marketing, and end-of-life planning. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on product strategy, manage data, and optimize processes to ensure products meet market needs and business goals.Strategy and planning: Develop and execute comprehensive product lifecycle strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless product development process.Data management: Maintain and manage a central repository of all product-related data, including design blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering change orders.Market analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product improvement.System implementation and maintenance: Manage and provide support for the PLM software system, including user training, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.Project management: Oversee product development projects, manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule requirements.Risk management and compliance: Identify potential risks associated with product development and market changes. Ensure products and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.Performance tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, reporting on progress and profitability to senior management.QualificationsPLM and PDM: Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) principles and practices.Project management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Data analysis: The ability to analyze complex data and use it for strategic decision-making and performance tracking. * Compliance management: Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.

  • Well-versed with all business processes and industry standards
  • Must have hands on experience with B.O.M (Bill of Materials), Regulations. Apps
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
