- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes in scope, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate work progress and quality.
- Manage project documentation and maintain organized records of contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years (preferrably 6-8) of experience in Industrial Construction Project Management or related roles.
- Experience as an Industrial Electrical or Mechanical PM.
- Strong proficiency in ability to read blueprints and provide material takeoffs
- Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management software; experience with Procore is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
