- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, training, and support.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through partner-sourced leads and referrals, collaborating closely with partners to identify opportunities and facilitate the sales process.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of partner-driven opportunities, tracking progress from lead generation to deal closure and ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
- Field Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to meet with partners and their clients, providing product demonstrations, training sessions, and sales support as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and support teams to leverage partner relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on partnership activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to sales leadership using CRM tools and other reporting mechanisms.
- Existing Partner Network: Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of referral partners within the CPA, Broker, or Banking industries.
- Field Sales Experience: Comfortable being in the field 5 days a week, engaging with partners and prospects to drive revenue growth and build relationships.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with partners at all levels.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence partner behavior effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to address partner needs.
