
WMS Supervisor, 1st Shift (On-site)

- Provide direction and coaching to direct reports; manage workload of support team
- Provide technical support to DC management and end users
- Facilitate timely problem/issue identification, communication/escalation, troubleshooting and resolution
- Configure and assist in maintaining system dashboards, reports and queries to support evolving business processes
- Administer users/devices and maintain system security and user profiles
- Assist with identification of system and process improvements
- Assist with building UAT scenarios and leading testing team efforts on WMS/WES enhancements or fixes
- Collaborate with central IT development and support teams to effectively develop and test WMS enhancements, integration changes and system upgrades
- Collaborate with and assist other on-site IT infrastructure support resources as needed
- 3+ years warehouse, distribution center or manufacturing application support experience preferred (HighJump WMS and/or Nexus WCS administration experience a plus)
- Experience leading an on-site team preferred
- SQL knowledge and basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with distribution center processes, technologies and integrations (RF devices, telnet, conveyor systems, barcode printing, shipping systems, etc.)
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to effectively organize and prioritize workload of direct reports within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Possesses excellent attention to detail, operates with sense of urgency and has strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of distribution operational workflow
