We are an ISO-9001 Certified OEM manufacturer and we are looking for a knowledgeable Quality Control Inspector. The selected individual will be part of a growing, fast paced global manufacturer and will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Control Inspector will perform daily inspection of ALL incoming materials, in-process materials, and final assembly materials and then complete all necessary reports.COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:- Must be able to read basic electrical drawings/or assembly drawings.- Must be able to use a variety of measurement equipment such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and micrometers (in both Metric and Standard units of measure).- Must have previous ISO-9001 or comparable QMS experience.- Must have better than average computer skills.- Previous experience w/ wire, cable, wire harnesses, elec. assembly/testing is preferred but NOT required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform incoming inspection on specific products identified by management as critical.- Perform daily in-process inspection.- Perform basic lab tests on random samples of incoming materials for lab testing as required by management.- Perform daily finished goods inspection- Perform equipment calibrations as required.- Complete all documentation as it relates to the daily inspection process or lab test.- Assist in the processing of Returned Goods for the field and issue appropriate reports.- Other duties as deemed appropriate by management.EXPERIENCE:
- MINIMUM of 1 year experience with reading/interpreting basic electrical assembly drawings.
- MINIMUM of 1 year experience working with computers AND proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- At least 1-Year of Quality Control experience is preferred but NOT required.EDUCATION:
High school Diploma (or equivalent) is required.PAY:
Starts at: $15/hr. --- $18/hr. (Depending On Experience)SCHEDULE:
Full-Time --- All shifts are 12-hr's
Day Shift = 7:30am - 7:30pm
Night Shift = 7:30pm - 7:30am

- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must have Steel-toed boots.
